Decrease in Building Impact Fee

Effective August 1, 2014 – At the July Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board approved a decrease in the current Building Impact Fee that needs to be paid at the time a Building Permit is issued.  The current fee of $10,000.00 will be decreased to $5,000.00 for a two year period.  Please note, in order to take advantage of this program, your new home must be at least 1,200 square feet.  Please contact the office with any questions, 207-247-5239.
